Shipping and delivery
Before finalizing your order, please ensure all information is filled out correctly. Once your order has been submitted, changes are no longer possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details so you can follow your package.
All orders are dispatched from a warehouse in The Netherlands. The package will be send within 3-5 business days. This timeframe refers to when your order leaves our warehouse — not when it arrives at your door. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier and your location. Please also keep in mind that national holidays may cause delays in shipping and delivery.
Once your package has been sent, we are unable to update the delivery address. If your parcel is returned to our warehouse, we’re unfortunately unable to resend it.
NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS AND NATIONAL HOLIDAYS
Orders will not be shipped on national holidays—they will be processed the next business day.
Please note that as a result your order may arrive later than usual.
No deliveries will take place on Sundays or during the following Dutch national holidays:
- Easter
- Kings Day
- Ascension Day
- Pentecost
- Christmas
- New Year’s Day
