Want to return something? No problem
Just send us an email first at: support@hoannen.com.
Subject: Return + your order number.
In your message, please include the following: 1. Reason for return 2. Your name 3. Your address
Please wait for our approval before sending your return. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible. Hoannen does not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.
You can return your order, or part of it, within 14 days after you’ve received it.
Return Requirements
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn and unwashed. Products that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted.
Damaged Returns
Items that arrive damaged or worn will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Only returns submitted and approved through our return portal will be processed. No exceptions.
Received damaged items
Have you received damaged items? Please let us know within 2 days of arrival so we can assist you accordingly.

Always keep your proof of shipment (including tracking information). Please note: we do not send a confirmation upon receipt of your return at our warehouse.

Refund
Once we’ve received your return, it can take up to 7 business days to process your refund. You’ll get an email from us as soon as it’s been issued.
The refund will go back to your original payment method. Note that your bank may take a few extra business days to show the amount in your account.
Processing Delays
During holidays or sales events, returns may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience.
Final Note
Returns are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We’re not liable for lost or undelivered parcels.
